Google AI Studio

Google AI Studio is a free browser-based tool that lets you build working apps and prototypes using Google's Gemini AI - no coding experience required. You describe what you want to build, and it generates a working application you can see and interact with in real time. Think of it as a free alternative to tools like Lovable.

I use it as the starting point for most of the tools and applications I build. The reason I reach for it over something like Lovable is the usage limits - the free tier is genuinely generous, giving you real room to experiment. I also think Gemini Flash is excellent for design work, and the quality of what it produces visually has consistently impressed me.
